Just found this really cool list of the most nutritious foods. The scientists looked at 1000 different foods and did whatever they do to test the nutrition in them and rank them, so here the BBC published the list of the 100 most nutritious - https://www.bbc.com/future/article/20180126-the-100-most-nutritious-foods
These are the top 10 - I only normally eat 4 of them.
I always knew it as anonas. There are different types of it.

I counted 6, depending on where we live.
There are some great fish in that Top 10. Snapper and Perch are both really tasty.

I don't really do fish though. Judging from this list that's a mistake and fish and veg is the best diet.
Bonus points to anyone who can come up with a recipe that contains all of these top ten foods, and that they would actually be willing to eat!
John Well I eat just six and they perfectly can be mixed together 😃 and I guess Stasys can eat mixed grilled fish and add these goodies next to it 😃
There are strange things in the list. Like fresh parsley is number 44 but dried parsley is 11.
Girl-from-Mars I noticed that and there are celery flakes but not fresh celery. Also frozen spinach is higher than fresh but it does tell why for that one.
Usually raw fresh foods contain a high amount of water. It you count per gram and compare dry foods have kind of higher concentrations. And in most cases drying keeps the good properties. Some foods like dry beetroots powder in this case becomes superfood. To be honest I can't see another reason.
