Am I the only person who finds this a bit terrifying?
I mean that breathing in plastic does not sound like it can be good for anything, human or animal, would like to find more information or research about this if anyone sees some.

You are not the only one…. It is for sure terrifying, I believe as well not so known and not enough investigated. Interesting topic to follow up.
Me three.
It's interesting because I thought that they would be quite heavy compared to gases and so would not get picked up by evaoporating.
I read quite many research articles on the topic about plastic bowls and plates, I mean it is not the same, but many of them are not user friendly as microplastics from them can go with the food to the body. With the time of course the manufacturing of these items improved and the safety increased. But still many scientists advice not to use it. We noticed that many people in States use it in a daily basis at home, or in many African countries and Asia too.

That worries me a little bit but as much. That is something that affects other people because I can make the choice not to use those plastic materials but I do not have the choice to not breathe.
Also I think I would rather have microplastics going to my stomach where they probably will just pass through in some time, than to my lungs.
