Not sure if anyone is going to know the answer to this, but it's worth a shot.
If you own a house and some surrounding land in Lithuania, do you need to get any kind of permissions or planning approval to build a couple of greenhouses on the land?
I'm assuming that you probably do because most of Europe is quite strict about it, and they would be considered as permanent structures?
