Since you changed to the dark version of the site, this page is broken, you can not read all of the text becaus it has light background.
If anyone has any more suggestions of days that should be added (that aren't just about one animal) then feel free to suggest and we can add them.
Can't seem to find any international days that are close to arriving. International Animal Rights Day is on the 10th of December but that's not exactly a focus on sustainability. We also have Veganuary in January
Ash Veganuary in January
I read somewhere that actually many people make new year resolutions about diet and veganuary it is in a good timing!

True, there is also World Vegan Day on 1st November, and World Vegetarian Day on 1st October. We will add some of them.
We should just be aware and so the right thing for the planet and future everyday.

That's hard to disagree with, but these kind of promoted and globally recognised days can pull in an audience of people who wouldn't normally pay any attention to environmental issues. The danger is that when we have too many of them then all of that static means people don't stop to pay much attention.
I agree, but people like events, and they remind the people who normally wouldn't care or pay attention about an issue.
Yeah, I guess that's a bit of a problem with some of these "minor" days that come up every few days. It's good that we have dedicated things for different things but they don't get much attention because of how many there are.
Today is National Bird Day. Might be a good day to look into bird conservation especially for the species that are endangered around the world.
