Žaklīna It's $75 to rent a pair of shoes for 3 days, that is more than most people pay to buy a pair of shoes. Or there is $250 per month to subscribe, these are crazy prices.
Yep, they do seem pretty expensive, it's about $75 to rent a pair of sneakers that cost about $1000 for the three days. I'm guessing that they can't actually rent each pair of shoes out very many times though, because nobody wants to pay that much money to go out in old looking shoes, and no matter how well they clean them shoes get wear and tear.
Actually the fact that they can't be re-rented many times means that the whole idea probably isn't as sustainable as it seems at first glance.
As for who need to own, rent, or wear a pair of sneakers that cost $1000 (and aren't actually very attractive to me at least) that's a whole other question about consumerism gone insane.
