Ash London has an ultra low emission zone which is quite good.
At the moment how do they know whether the car is ultra low emissions or not, do they just judge it on the type of car that you are driving and assume that it is emitting the normal amount for that model of car, or are they using something like this to actually measure it?
Piri Ash If you need to go to London center or any kind of big city center it is in general much more convenient to use public transportation.
In Europe and Asia I think that is true. In the US it depends on the city, in a lot of places it is sadly not the case.
