I just saw an advert for environment friendly condoms, and I had never even thought about them before.
Every day millions of these latex or other synthetic single-use items get thrown away, and the common brands probably aren't very good for the environment.
Apparently you should never flush them down the toilet as they can end up in the oceans and being eaten by fish, etc. but throw them away in the trash instead. It's still not great but it is better.
Or there are actually quite a few environment-friendly brands out there, you probably can't find them in small villages and they are probably more expensive, but they do exist.
