We have all heard of lab grown meat by now whether we think it is a good idea or not, but I have only just heard of lab grown wood.

Anybody heard about this or have any thoughts or opinions?
It's the first time that I am hearing about it. It sounds good especially if it can help stop or at least reduce deforestation.
Never heard of it either.
The big difference between this and lab grown meat is that sustainable forestry is possible while sustainable beef farming is not.
