This is really nice.
I think KTU has a solar plant on the roofs of buildings that makes quite a lot of power but not near to 100%

At some point I believe Lithuania should become self-sufficient with it's own local renewable energy.
Piri I think that all of the Baltic states should be, we have a lot of resources, including the sea and coast to generate the electricity and small population so we do not use so much. We should all be aiming for it in the next few years and not importing power from anywhere else.
Universities and other higher education institutions, or all kinds of schools actually, really should be setting the example for things like energy sustainability.
The same thing applies to all government institutions and agencies as well.
