Ash Could someone explain what a raw cake is? First time I'm hearing of that as well.
It is very literally what the name implies.
It's a cake where none of the ingredients are cooked, just crushed, chopped, and blended then combined in different ways, and very often set in the fridge.
Oh, and about 90% of raw cake recipes seem to contain dates 🙂
