Ash Nothing 🙂
Today I bought a mop for the floor.
Girl-from-Mars Today I put the tiles on the floor.
Back to uni from tomorrow. It was fun doing it from home especially as you could wake up quite late and do whatever you wanted in between lectures.
Uni on Friday was great but it's a bit weird going on the train again after all this time in lockdown. It's crazy how busy it is again as well, did not miss that aspect.
Ash How is the new week going in with all of the people?
Haven't had to suffer as yet this week since I only have to go to Uni on Fridays. Whilst the trains aren't great at the times I go, it's definitely better than the other times (usually an hour before I go). I'm fortunate enough to use the trains at a slightly less busy time.
Girl-from-Mars Ouch! Hope it is healing well, do you work in construction or do you just like bricks?
😆 Somebody had just dumped them in the street outside, and I was moving them out of the way a bit.
Evening everyone. Hoping for a nice, quiet weekend after a bit of a hectic week. Hope everyone has a great weekend 🙂
Seems like it was a very quiet week in the forum as well 🙂
I did kind of nothing at all.
Kyllikki Yes it is a bit 🙂
Everyone must be busy or tried. I'm both 😅.
Can't wait for the weekend so I can just sleep, relax, and do absolutely nothing.
Oh but this week it is much more busy, everybody is waking up, like daffodils in the springtime 😃
Kyllikki like daffodils in the springtime 😃
Or winter is coming 😄
Afternoon everyone. Pretty busy weekend so looking to get quite a bit of things done today. Counting down the days until December as well for my paid time off from work.
Piri winter is coming 😄
That phrase used to be about the weather, now it is just white walkers.
I'm moving out of my rented place next week, so will spend the weekend repainting and cleaning up so that the landlord can't take anything off of our deposit.
Flisspop Not much fun but good luck. There really should be more regulations on how much they can take away from your initial deposit for things like wear and tear.
Ash Thanks! Our landlord is a bit of a dick and would find a way around whatever regulations they put in place anyway, but best to give him as few excuses as we can.
Flisspop Did either party take images at the start of the tenancy by the way? Our estate agent did that and sent us the images as well so that both parties knew what was working perfectly and what some existing damages existed.
Girl-from-Mars Oh I didn't mean games of thrones, when it is cold and dark outside people spend more time in front of screans.
Girl-from-Mars I think it's best if we all try to forget that show and let that phrase mean the weather again 😆
