I would like to invite you and a little bit to challenge yourself with
FEBRUARY CHALLENGE π π± π
It is all about being (or continue being) a little bit friendlier to our planet and and yourself by taking some small steps.
So let's startβ¦.:
π One day per week make it VEGAN day, prepare plant based meals. Keep it simple, try to use local ingredients, use what you already have in the kitchen. It can be something simple like morning porridge from grains, roast veggies, pumpkin soup, ect. Feel free to share recipes and ideas with all of us!
π Invite a friend for a dinner where you will prepare just plant based meals. If you cannot be in contact with anyone maybe you can prepare something and bring to the neighbor. It is important to spread the idea.
π Use less milesβ¦ how to do it? Ty to walk an each day or at least once per week to stay healthier; going to work or to studies try to walk one or two stops before talking a bus or train. If you can choose the public transportation. Maybe you have a good conditions to cycle. Reducing even 1 mile makes a difference.
