Julie Brooks-Girskiene I believe there are two main points:
Talking about Lithuania there is NO hydrogen cars infrastructure. And probably will take many years until it will appear. While for example in Germany (Denmark, Austria..) it is already existing and quite well developed and public transportation already using it. Latvia is better and already in Riga has a H2 spot.
The price for electric cars already becoming more customers friendly. Well the better investment would be a more powerful battery which will allow you to drive longer distance and in Europe nowadays the infrastructure is developed quite well to travel all around is becoming easier.
While in Lithuania there is no issues in the bigger cities at all and smaller towns are working on the electric cars infrastructure quite fast.
And you can charge electric car easily at home! You have a possibility to choose your electricity provider - make a green choice!
